Initiative Requirements

What will the initiative offer to the candidate:

  • Consultation Track

  1. Consultation sessions with specialized consultants in all fields.  

  2. Monthly financial support for one year.  

  • Entrepreneur In Residence Track and Incubation Track

  1. Providing financial support to founders ranging from 7,000 to 13,500 SAR per month during the qualification and training period with partners, which can last up to 12 months.

  2. Participation in one of the tracks offered by the initiative for a period of 9 to 12 months and work closely with one of the companies or accelerators 



 

The three paths offered by the initiative are as follows: 

  1. The first track: in partnership with fast-growing technology companies, during which the entrepreneur passes in 3 months the various departments of the company, in addition to knowledge and enrichment support through individual sessions with stakeholders in the departments and management of the company. After the entrepreneur finishes this stage, the entrepreneur begins to develop his Startup company and benefits from mentoring sessions when needed for a period of 6 to 9 months (a total of 9 to 12 months for the first track). 

  2. The second track is in partnership with incubators, accelerators and startup studios, to incubate the entrepreneur for a period of 6 months to obtain knowledge and enrichment support, during which the entrepreneur passes through several stages that help him develop his capabilities to become a successful technical entrepreneur. After the entrepreneur finishes this stage, the entrepreneur begins to develop his startup company and benefits from mentoring sessions when needed for a period of 3 to 6 months (with a total of 9 to 12 months for the second track).

  3. The third track: It is an individual track without a partner, based on the entrepreneur's sufficient experience and knowledge who got an investment round in his company. The entrepreneur begins developing his startup company and benefits from the advisory sessions provided by the NTDP with consultants specialized in various consulting fields for a period of 12 months.



 

Initiative Objectives:

  • Enhancing capacity building for entrepreneurs 

  • Increasing the number of technical talents able to boost with their startup company

  • Increasing the number of emerging technology companies 



 

Initiative requirements: 

  • The applicant must be Saudi. 

  • Has professional experience not less than one year

  • Specializing in the field of information technology for Entrepreneur In Residence track and Incubation track

  • Technical experience is not a requirement for the Consultation track

  • Should have interests in the IT sector, for example: - Programming, IT services, digital platforms, data center and cloud services, emerging technologies.

  • Willingness to devote himself fully to his entrepreneurship career upon acceptance of the initiative throughout the period of participation in the initiative

  • The startup should be in the technology field, and the ability to provide details for this startup 



 

Upon graduating from the initiative, we aim for the initiative to graduate entrepreneurs with one of these criteria as a measure of success for the initiative: 

  • Entrepreneurs with good knowledge and experience to develop their own startup

  • Talented Entrepreneur with growth rate in Sales, marketing, Company size
