Initiative Details

Company must have Manassa Tech certificate

Saudi Company must be operating for one year at least

Company must have Monshaat certificate

The company must comply with the requirements of the Wages Protection System

The employee should not be a beneficiary of other government subsidies currently

The employee's salary should not be less than SAR 6000

The employee must be a Saudi national registered in social insurance

Position title should be one of the ICT technical jobs

New graduate or less than three years of experience

Various subsidies up to 86,000 per employee

Micro enterprises can benefit from the support of two technical staff

Small Tech can benefit from the support of 3 technical staff

Medium companies can benefit from the support of 5 technical staff

First batch subsidies (after the employee completes 6 months at work) Employee wellbeing support up to SAR 20,000

Second batch subsidies (after the employee completes 12 months at work) Annual bonus of up to SAR 30,000

Yes, the company must be Saudi or one of its owners must be Saudi

Yes, the company must be registered and Monsha'at certificate must be attached to know the size of the company and the number of employees 

The support targets those who are in the employment stage or have been employed within the past 6 months.

No, one of the conditions for acceptance is that the employee must be of Saudi nationality

The minimum basic salary accepted for support is 6,000 RAS

The employee's field must be a technical field and the job title must be one of the technical jobs

Yes, if the employee’s period of work does not exceed 6 months from the date of GOSI registration.

No, the owner and partners cannot benefit from the support provided for the initiative.

It is possible to start providing services to the employee from the date of acceptance into the program, but the amounts paid will be claimed after the employee completes 6 months in the program. The invoices must be delivered within 30 days of the due date.

No, one of the payment conditions is that the service invoice is submitted, the employee completes the target period (6 months, 12 months, or 18 months) and then it is submitted for claim.

The support payment provided to companies according to the terms of the program has nothing to do with any deducts made by the company.

The same employee cannot be supported by more than one initiative or product at the same time.
