Eligibility Criteria
The company must
Have completed at least Series A round of funding or the equivalent
Have been established for at least two years
Be either an information technology company or an emerging technologies company
Either have not already established any headquarters in KSA or not yet actually commenced any business activities in KSA
Relocate chief executives or senior management to KSA to lead the KSA operations
Focus on R&D and business development, not be solely a sales and marketing operation
Complete all necessary legal procedures for registration in KSA within 6 months from the acceptance date of this initiative
