Each company has a maximum number of supported employees based on the company's size

Acceptance criteria for candidates in the initiative:

The employee must be a Saudi national

The employee has at least 3 years of technology experience

Companies that eliminate the contract of current employee and rehire same employee are not eligible for the program
The goal of the program is to support the hiring of new tech talents
 

The program does not include pension receivers. They will not get accepted into the system
 

Only Saudi employees can benefit from the Support
 

It includes full-time employees only whose are registered in GOSI records
 

Yes, the support is valid only for the same job In the same company that was agreed on and accepted in the first application
 

The support includes basic salary registered in GOSI

The support payment that is provided to the companies according to the program conditions, It has nothing to do with any deduction made by the company unless it grants its employee's unpaid leave

Yes, the salary is affected if there is an increase or decrease in the salary. The company has the right to increase the salary of the supported candidate once during the support period and to provide the required documents to the program for reviewing and approving the increase.

No, the owner and partners are not entitled to benefit from the initiative support

Yes, provided they present a signed letter from the company they worked for to prove their experience

Yes, if the duration is not exceeded, another employee can benefit from the remaining period, subject to meeting all conditions

Yes, as a master's degree is considered equivalent to 2 years of experience, and a doctoral degree is equivalent to 3 years of experience for the candidate.
